Another source of information on the UFO phenomenon is the testimony of former military and intelligence officials who have come forward to share their knowledge and experiences with the public and the media. These whistleblowers and witnesses have claimed to have seen or handled evidence of UFOs and their occupants, and to have been involved in secret programs and projects related to the UFO phenomenon.
One of the most prominent whistleblowers is David Grusch, a former Air Force officer and intelligence insider who worked in the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) from 2019 to 2021. He was also the representative of the NRO to the AARO, and the co-lead for a UAP analysis at the NGA. In summer of 2023, Grusch blew the whistle on the existence of secret programs and facilities where the US government has recovered UFO craft and nonhuman entities, and is studying them with the aim of reverse engineering their technology and biology. He revealed this information in an article by Leslie Kean and Ralph Blumenthal on The Debrief news site, and in an interview with Ross Coulthart on News Nation.
According to Grusch, the US government has been in possession of at least three UFO craft since the 1940s, and has retrieved several nonhuman biological pilots, some alive and some dead. He said that these entities are not extraterrestrial, but rather ultra-terrestrial, meaning that they come from a parallel dimension or reality. He also said that the UFO craft are not machines, but rather living organisms that can communicate with the pilots and have a symbiotic relationship with them. He said that the US government has been trying to understand and replicate the UFO technology and biology, but has faced many challenges and dangers. He said that some of the facilities where the UFOs and entities are kept are located in Nevada, Utah, and New Mexico, and that they are guarded by private contractors and special forces. He also said that there are other countries that have similar programs and facilities, such as Russia, China, and France.
Another prominent whistleblower is Carl Nell, a retired Army colonel who has an impressive background and credentials in the military, aerospace, and defense industries. He has a career spanning nearly three decades of extensive military service, corporate contracting, and defense development. He has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, a master certificate in computer science engineering, a master’s degree in mechanical engineering, and another master’s degree in strategic studies. He has worked in various positions and projects related to missile defense, space systems, satellite operations, intelligence analysis, and more. He was also Grusch’s boss at the NRO and the NGA, and he was the director of the AARO from July 2022 to January 2023.

He said that the UFOs and entities are not only ultra-terrestrial, but also trans-temporal, meaning that they can travel through time and manipulate it. He said that the UFOs and entities have been visiting and interacting with humanity for thousands of years, and that they have influenced our history, culture, religion, and evolution. He said that the UFOs and entities have a hidden agenda and a master plan that we do not fully understand, but that it involves the fate of our planet and our species. He said that the US government has been trying to communicate and cooperate with the UFOs and entities, but that they are elusive and deceptive. He also said that there are other factions and groups that are involved in the UFO phenomenon, such as secret societies, religious cults, and extraterrestrial allies and enemies.
Also Two U.S. Navy pilots testified to congress , David Fravor and Ryan Graves, who witnessed unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) that defied conventional explanation. David Fravor was a commander in the U.S. Navy in 2004, stationed on the USS Nimitz, when he and another pilot saw an object behaving inexplicably. Video of the encounter was released by the Department of Defense in 2017 and publicized by The New York Times. Ryan Graves, was an F-18 pilot for over a decade. While stationed at Virginia Beach in 2014, he says, UAP sightings were so frequent among his crew that they became part of daily briefs. He recounted a situation in which two jets had to take evasive action as they encountered a UAP. The description was striking – a dark gray cube inside a clear sphere – quite different from the classic “flying saucer.”
As the demand for government transparency grows, some congressional members are pushing for a classified briefing in a sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF). This will allow Grusch to provide the specifics of his claims in a secure setting. More data and info could shed light on the issue but nothing beats physical evidence.
