The verification package
Analysis should begin with the full original livestream, exact time and location, camera model and settings, sky direction, uninterrupted lead-in and follow-through, and checks against aircraft, satellites, flares, celestial objects, and test-range activity. A second recording from another location would materially improve the geometry.
Assessment
High social importance, low evidentiary confidence. Preserve the clip and trace the source, but do not promote visual ambiguity into an extraordinary identification.
