What this record is
Explores negative-mass propulsion as a theoretical concept. The analysis depends on unestablished assumptions about creating, locating, separating, and controlling such matter and does not describe an operational propulsion device. This AAWSAP Defense Intelligence Reference Document is a historical technical review. Its inclusion in PURSUE does not validate the proposed technologies or link them to a particular UAP encounter.
Source-linked summary. Dates and locations reflect the source record; they may describe an administrative document rather than a sighting.Catalog metadata cross-checked with WARUFO’s public index. The linked government original remains the authoritative record.
